Why are prices shown as “from”?
The final price depends on your tenant size, number of users and any setup or customisation work. Request a demo or a quote and we'll send an exact offer, usually within one business day.
Does any of our data leave Microsoft 365?
No. SharePoint solutions run entirely inside your tenant and store data in your own lists. Connectors that need request signing pass calls through our EU-hosted proxy in memory only; payloads are never stored.
How are the solutions licensed?
Per tenant, per year. You get the installation package, every update and email support while the licence is active. Services are priced as one-off projects.
Can you adapt a solution to our process?
Yes. Westlume is built by DigiDek, a Microsoft 365 consultancy in Estonia. Extra fields, approval steps, integrations and branding are common requests.
Do the connectors work in Azure Logic Apps too?
Yes. The same connector definition works as a custom connector in both Power Automate and Logic Apps.
How do the AI connectors handle API costs?
You use your own API key with the provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepL and others), so usage is billed directly by them. We never meter your tokens.
